Sheree Palmer, Physiotherapist
Sheree grew up in North Delta, a community which fostered her love for athletics and healthy living. She believes that her hard working mentality, leadership skills, and respect for healthy living were developed through her participation in team and individual sports.
Sheree graduated with her Bachelor of Science from Simon Fraser University, with a major in kinesiology. Her study exchange to New Zealand and Western Australia allowed her to travel and learn simultaneously; a recipe for happiness! She then pursued her childhood dream of becoming a physiotherapist by completing her Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia.
Sheree enjoys helping clients rehabilitate a variety of injuries because she loves problem solving. She is “Fit to Deliver” certified and has a special interest in women’s health with experience in post-partum rehabilitation. Sheree also enjoys working with athletes and community events that promote healthy living and physical activity. She has 8 years of experience coaching competitive youth and adult swimming. Sheree has worked with sports teams including the Mens National Field Hockey team, and has recently started working with the Pacific Storm Water Polo Team.
“My definition of healthy living is feeling mentally and physically energetic, motivated to strive towards your dreams, and feeling appreciative for everything you live for. I look forward to helping clients take steps towards reaching their optimal “health potential” and to help them work towards increasing their love for life through healthy living. Tell me how I can help you gain control of your lifestyle and I guarantee that I will put 100% into helping you restore your health potential.”
